Course Description
The car of today has evolved dramatically in its electronic communication needs. New buses such as FlexRay®, Ethernet and MOST are integrated with the more traditional interfaces such as CAN and LIN. Additionally the required bandwidth has increased enormously and new applications such as driver assistance functions require reliable communication. All those factors drive a new generation of automotive gateways, and Freescale has developed a scalable range of MCUs to address those challenges.
