 Switching Regulator


 
MC3471X

The switching regulator is a high-efficiency synchronous buck and or boost regulator, with integrated N-channel power MOSFETs to provide protection features and to allow space-efficient, compact design. These power management integrated circuit (PMIC) devices incorporate many advanced features, including precisely maintained up/down power sequencing designed to ensure the proper operation and protection of the CPU and power system. These capabilities are made possible by Freescale Semiconductor's SMARTMOS™ technology.
