The i.MX31 multimedia applications processors are designed for a broad range of industrial, consumer and automotive applications. Based on an ARM1136JF-S™ core, both the i.MX31 and the i.MX31L processors are engineered to deliver powerful performance while minimizing power consumption.

The rich feature set of the i.MX31 processors make them an excellent choice for portable media players, portable navigation devices, medical/industrial monitoring systems, automotive infotainment systems and many general embedded applications.

i.MX31 Product Development Kit (PDK)
Packed with powerful enablement technologies, i.MX PDKs are completely integrated hardware and software solutions. These comprehensive development kits enable you to reduce development time and design products that have power to spare, even when running multiple applications simultaneously.

The i.MX31 PDK is a "form factor" development kit built on the powerful ARM11 based i.MX31 applications processor. Preconfigured with your choice of Linux® or Windows® Embedded CE 6.0, the i.MX31 PDK is ideal for a wide range of multimedia and connectivity applications.
