S08LL 8-bit segment LCD microcontroller family is ideal for battery-powered applications such as medical diagnostics or handheld appliances. The S08LL family extends battery life with industry leading low-power technology, eases development time and eliminates any excess cost with its complete Tower ecosystem.


Features


  • Up to 20 MHZ HCS08 CPU from 1.8V to 3.6V and across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C
  • Two ultra-low-power stop modes and new low-power run and wait modes
  • Integrated LCD driver supports both standard 3V and 5V LCD glass
  • Configurable display for 8 x 36 or 4 x 28 segment display
  • LCD driver pins are muxed with GPIO and other functions
  • Up to 64 KB flash read/program/erase over full operating voltage and temperature
  • SCI and SPI interfaces
  • ADC, ICS, I2C and 38 GPIO
  • Analog comparator with selectable interrupt on rising, falling or either edge of comparator output
  • Single-wire background debug interface
