Secure Shell (SSH) Encrypts communications between hosts over an insecure network and is great for logging into and executing commands on networked computers. With the growing number of connected devices, SSH is an ideal way to tunnel, port-forward and securely transfer files using the SFTP protocol. Freescale’s NanoSSH for MQX software is the answer.
Super-fast, super-small, NanoSSH is ideally suited for resource-constrained devices as well as high-traffic enterprise and federal environments where performance is critical. It features an optional government-certified FIPS 140-2 level-1-validated crypto core and even supports NSA Suite B crypto algorithms so your product can securely link civilian and classified government networks with a common cryptographic scheme.
Using NanoSSH, you can confidently access devices through secured remote login, file transfers and tunneling TCP application traffic. Authentication includes certificates, digital keys, keyboard-interactive and passwords.
Integrated into Freescale’s Processor Expert™ configuration tool, NanoSSL allows easy implementation and customization through Embedded Components and does not require crypto expertise on the part of the developer.
