The K60_100 wafer-level chip-scale package (WLCSP) is a 32-bit microcontroller (built on the ARM® Cortex™-M4 core), with a 5 x 5 mm package and 0.4 mm pitch, making this the smallest package in the Kinetis K series. This new package maximizes board space and enhances performance with minimum-length interconnections, allowing the miniaturization of existing applications.
These devices are part of the Kinetis K60 MCU family which includes IEEE 1588 Ethernet, full-speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go with device charge detect capability, hardware encryption and tamper detection capabilities. Devices start from 256 KB of flash in 100-pin LQFP packages extending up to 512 KB in a 144-pin MAPBGA package with a rich suite of analog, communication, timing and control peripherals.
