Freescale Preparations for China RoHS
Freescale is pursuing efforts to comply with China RoHS. We will be compliant in advance of the March 01, 2007 deadline for distribution of product label data and EFUP (Environment Friendly Use Period).
Freescale will issue a General Announcement in February 2007 to all customers with information about our China RoHS data access.
Moreover, Freescale monitors the Chinese Government’s evolving packing material marking requirements and anticipates that Freescale packing materials will be compliant with those requirements.
