FTF Design Challenge 2008 - India

FTF Design Challenge - Freescale Semiconductor
FTF Design Challenge

Make your innovative green design the star of FTF 2008.
In April, registration for the FTF Design Challenge India opened. The challenge was open to embedded designers in India. In July, Freescale selected 10 finalists from more than 400 who entered. The finalists were offered development kits and the Professional Edition of CodeWarrior® tools to aid in building their prototypes. The India challenge has been cancelled because the prototypes either arrived after the deadline, didn’t operate as defined in the design paper or represent an innovative design.

Registration - Closed June 27, 2008

  • I’d like to thank Freescale for this exciting opportunity and access to the energy-efficient technologies needed to develop my Digital Sun Distiller,” said Rojas. “It’s rewarding to have our hard work acknowledged at the prestigious Freescale Technology Forum. The first-prize award will enable us to continue to enhance our product and help many countries conserve household water by reusing a percentage of water already used.
