Test your designs before you buy—order samples direct from our website. Look for the 
button in your part and product parametric search results and on the Buy/Parametrics tab of our product pages. Samples, shipping and any VAT charges are covered by Freescale, however based upon your login information, a nominal processing fee may be applied to your order. Review your current login information and update your profile.
Samples usually arrive within 48 hours. Delivery time varies upon product availability and shipping method. You can verify if we have stock at the time you place the order, and if there isn't stock, you will be notified when stock is available. You may view your order status by clicking on the Order History link on your registered user home page.

Getting Started with Samples
Step 1. Register at Freescale.com. If you are already a member,
just log in.
Step 2. Search for a device. Orderable parts are identified with an 
icon located next to the part number.
Step 3. Select the
icon to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you've added an item to your cart, you can update cart, continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the add shopping cart icon at the top of the page.
Step 4. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. At any time you can track the progress of your order from your personalized registered user home page.
