The Make It Challenge featuring Kinetis MCUs is Freescale's latest design contest.
Participants compete by developing an innovative embedded application design using one of Freescale's Kinetis product families.
Kinetis microcontrollers feature the latest low-power innovations and high-performance, high-precision mixed-signal capability.
Freescale's 32-bit Kinetis MCUs represent the most scalable portfolio of ARM® Cortex-M4 MCUs in the industry.
Eligible participants reside in the Americas, completed a short online training class and passed a quiz before submitting a design paper to
become one of the 10 semi-finalists.
Attendees of ARM Technology conference 2011 viewed the top 10 prototype videos and selected the top three finalists.
Announcing the the placement of Make It Challenge featuring Kinetis MCUs top 3 finalists:
Congratulations! The top three, in addition to cash prizes, they have all won complimentary admission to FTF 2012.
A big "Thank You!" to all of the participants and our partners. It's inspiring to see the level of creativity and innovation
in these designs using Kinetis MCUs!
