Sessions Overview

Lecture Sessions: Lectures are the core of the FTF curriculum. These highly technical classes are designed to educate, inform and train engineers. They may also contain live demonstrations. Lecture sessions can accommodate as many as 80 - 250 people and are one to two hours in length.

Hands-on Workshops: Hands-on workshops focus on hardware, software and tools that attendees can touch, feel and experiment with. Class sizes are limited to 20-40 people and are typically two to four hours in length. These sessions require pre-registration through the session scheduler. View our hands-on session offerings.

Panel Discussions: Guided by a moderator, panelists field attendee questions and provide insight on their fields of expertise as well as the future of technology and the embedded semiconductor industry. Panelists may be Freescalers, industry experts, partners, analysts or editors.

Lunch and Learn Sessions: Similar to a lecture session but more informal and interactive. Typically 1 hour long and held during lunch. Box lunches are provided.
