Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd.'s (the "Company") Board of Directors approved a revision of the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code"), effective April 30, 2013, which applies to all directors, officers and employees of the Company. In addition to non-substantive amendments, the Code (i) updates the Company’s policies on anti-bribery and anti-corruption law compliance and (ii) adds sections addressing (A) the treatment of conflict minerals in the Company's products, (B) social media and (C) human trafficking.
