The TWR-K24F120M is a low-power 120 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M4 based MCU platform with high RAM density for connectivity and sensor fusion applications. The TWR-K24F120M features the MK24FN256VDC12 MCU with floating point unit, 256 KB of flash, 256 KB of RAM and USB crystal-less capabilities in a thin 121 MAPBGA package. It is designed to work either in stand-alone mode or as part of the Freescale Tower System, a modular development platform that enables rapid prototyping and tool re-use through reconfigurable hardware.
