Low-power capacitive touch sensor added to plug-and-play Sensor Toolbox

We've added an additional Sensor Toolbox development tool with the 12 electrode MPR121 ultra-low-power capacitive touch sensor. The KITMPR121EVM development board comes complete with a set of sample electrodes and standard electrode connector as well as the Sensor Toolbox demo and evaluation software that includes full register manipulation.
