If you are experiencing installation and/or use problems with any of the RF High Power Model Libraries, please submit a "Service Request."

To submit a Service Request, select the Login button at the top of the page, and enter your UserID and password.*  Once you are logged in, select Request Information and/or Assistance.

To expedite the routing of your Service Request:

1. Select "Technical Request" in the pull-down menu for Category,
2. Select "Technical Request" in the pull-down menu for Topic, and
3. Enter "RF Models Support Query" in the subject line of the email.

You should receive a response to your Service Request within the next 24 business hours.

If you have not previously registered on the Freescale Semiconductor Web site, it will be necessary to complete the registration information to receive help from the Freescale Semiconductor Technical Information Center. Click on Begin Registration Process under New Users to complete the registration process.

Once you have registered, in addition to being able to request support from Freescale Semiconductor, you will be able to easily track the status of your Service Request and update the request if necessary. Registration will also give you complete access to Freescale Semiconductor's On–line Technical Training Campus.
