Processor Expert encapsulates CPU, on-chip peripherals, external peripherals and software functionality into components called Embedded Beans. You tailor each bean’s functionality to fit your application requirements by modifying the bean’s properties, methods and events.
Embedded Beans that encapsulate the basic functionality of a Freescale device's CPU and on-chip peripherals are included in the Special, Standard and Professional Editions of CodeWarrior Development Studio. Embedded Beans that encapsulate external peripherals and more advanced software functionality such as communication protocols are included in the Professional Edition. These advanced beans can also be purchased individually and added to the Special and Standard Editions. Advanced beans are available in the following categories.
